Ever long to own a serious sports car like and Audi R8->ke1440 or Porsche 911->ke282, but can’t seem to find one at the right price? Perhaps the $106,700 price tag on a new Mercedes SL550 is outside your budget. Well, the television network CBS plans to give contestants a chance to win one of five dream cars, but only if the price is right.

Drew Carey and his long-stemmed microphone will be giving game show contestants on The Price Is Right the chance to drive home an Audi R8->ke1440, Jaguar XK touring convertible->ke1153, BMW 640i convertible, Mercedes-Benz SL550, or a Porsche 911 Carrera->ke282, plus a chance at winning more than 1 million dollars in cash and other prizes.

The cars are center stage in The Price Is Right’s first ever “Dream Car Week” that begins Monday, November 18th and runs through the following Friday. Each day will feature a different car and will be presented by a cast member from CBS’s soap opera The Young And The Restless.

Tickets to be a contestant on The Price Is Right are free, so head on over to the CBS studios if you live in Hollywood or gamble on a one-way plane ticket to LAX. Either way, there’s never been a better incentive to be on a game show.

The Price Is Right "Dream Car Giveaway"

Mercedes-Benz SL550

The Mercedes SL550 is a beastly car powered by a twin-turbo 4.6-liter V-8 engine making 429 horsepower. Sprints from zero to sixty happens in only 4.5 seconds. A seven-speed automatic transmission does the shifting work while four-piston calipers squeeze drilled rotors bringing everything to a stop. The SL550 starts at $106,700.

Audi R8

The R8 has been a favorite of ours since it first came out in 2008. Its beautiful lines are coupled with a 4.2-liter, V-8 engine making 430 horsepower powering all four wheels to create an excellent sports car. This mid-engine sports coupe has a starting price of $114,900.

BMW 640i Convertible

Powered by BMW's 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo V-6 engine, the 640i convertible may not match up on paper to the other contenders here, but with 315 horsepower, the BMW still holds to its motto of the "ultimate driving machine." The eight-speed automatic transmission also helps the large convertible achieve an EPA estimated 30 mpg highway. Think of all the money you'll save! Starting price is only $82,900.

Porsche 911 Carrera

The 911 is perhaps the fiercest car of the week. With its 3.8-liter, flat-six engine, the 911 can sprint from naught to 60 in 4.5 seconds while achieving almost perfect balance on the track. Starting price for the 911 Carrera is $84,300.

Jaguar XK

The 2014 XK has made quite a splash in the automotive world these last few months. The Jag's traditional front engine, rear drive platform is a favorite among enthusiasts. The XK features a 385-horsepower, 5.0-liter, V-8 engine that's backed by a six-speed transmission. $85,000 is the base bill for this two-door roadster.
