• Fast and Furious: Fast Five poster released

Unless you have been living under a rock for the past almost 11 years then you have absolutely heard of the Fast and Furious. After all with four movies carrying the same title not knowing would be absolutely impossible. Well, now Universal Pictures is preparing the fifthquel in this movie series. It will be called, Fast and Furious: Fast Five (duh!) and will be released in 2011.

We are happy to report that Vin Diesel and Paul Walker will return in this fifth film along with returning stars Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson, and Sung Kang. Shoot, even Dwayne Johnson is joining in on the fun. Apparently the studio has already closed the deals with Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, director Justin Lin, and producer Neal Moritz to return. In this new series Dom (Diesel) and Brian (Walker) will act as "fugitives being pursued by legendary lawmen." Pretty much the same as most of the previous Fast and Furious films.

So, are you looking forward to the fifth film or do you think enough is enough? Let us know what you think by leaving a comment below.

Crappy acting, questionable story lines, but they are still fun movies to watch.

While I did enjoy seeing the last 2 movies in the theaters drunk with friends, because it is so easy to laugh at how horrible they are, I am somewhat ashamed for helping to perpetuate that crap. This "saga" continuing to a 5th and 6th "film" is only contributing to the rectification of our country.

I must admit, after the third movie, I am kinda getting tired of the whole series. Hope they give something new to make the fifth one worth it.

These movies take a lot of heat. Are they good movies? No. Absolutely not. Are they entertaining movies? Yes. Just like Transformers.

haha. Fast Five? I think they should rename the name of the movie because it sounds like the Japanese tv show "power ranger"(just kidding).

It should have a part five, they just leave an underlying question at the end of part four.

Love this series! Story line is...eh...but that’s not what it’s about to me. The vehicles and locations are key!!! FYI: They are filming in Puerto Rico right now.

@taktc: i dont think so.. it should be after tokyo drift... rememeber lucas black(sean) is in the film, as long as i remember....

So, if Sung Kang is back, this must be another prequel to Tokyo Drift. so the chronological order would be:

1. The Fast and the Furious (1st)
2. 2 Fast 2 Furious (2nd)
3. The Fast and the Furious 5 (5th)
4. Fast and Furious (4th)
5. The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (3rd)

Does this make any sense?
