Christmas is coming faster than we expected and finding the right gift for your loved ones is sometimes a real challenge. Challenging moments get a little easier with help from companies like Ferrari, which has unveiled a sweet Granturismo Automatic Watch. It is priced at €940 — roughly $1,249 at the current exchange rates — and is available in either silver or black.

This handsome watch gets it inspirations from the elegance and the exclusivity of the GT vehicles produced in Maranello. It features an automatic ETA 2824 Swiss-made movement and is easily recognizable by its distinctive Ferrari details, including: a steel box with matte black PVD treatment, black dial in carbon fiber with Ferrari logo, anti-glare glass and the strap in 316L steel. The watch also carries a waterproof rating up to 5 atm. and weighs just 79 grams (0.17 pounds).

This would make an excellent gift for anyone looking for a fine watch this holiday season.

i think this watch is good enough to meet any demands anyone can have from a watch. and the price ensures it’s exclusivity.

i think the care for detail showed here is similar to the care for detail ferrari shows when they manufacture their cars. and that is what a ferrari owner is looking for in everything!

i think the carbon fiber elements make the watch look sporty and high end! i like that about it!

i think this watch addresses a very specific type of customers: watch collectors and ferarri owners.

i love the red watch needles, they resemble the speedometer and RPM needles. nice touch!

no matter what you say, this is a great watch. the steel casing, the carbon inserts and the anti-glare glass work well together into creating a sporty, yet elegant watch.

otto is right. having this watch but no ferrari is like saying i have some money, i want a ferrari but i could only afford the watch.

if someone who owns a ferrari loves his/her car (although it would be hard to believe they don’t) then yes, this watch would make a great gift! otherwise, i do not see the point of buying it!

1000+ $ watches have to be good. and this one is. if you add the fact that is ferrari branded, that makes is great for a ferrari owner.

i think any watch that costs this much as to be at least this well done, if not better.

john is right. i think the balance is quite tricky. there are better looking watches for this kind of money.

it is not expensive compared to other expensive watches. on the other hand, those watches have a tradition into creating them.

i do not think this watch is expensive, given the brand and the materials used to create it.
