The next CLA will be built on the same platform as the new A-Class and will be offered with a choice of three gasoline engines and four diesel ones. The gasoline engines include two 1.6-liter turbocharged engines – one with 121 horsepower and one with 154 horsepower – and a range-topping 2.0-liter engine with 207 horsepower. The diesel lineup will include a pair of 1.8-liter engines with 108 horsepower and 134 horsepower, plus 2.1-liter engines offered with 168 and 201 horsepower.
