The economy definitely has changed. Back in June, when we first heard about the Pagani Zonda Cinque the rumored price was €800,000. Now that the car has made its premiere at the Geneva Motor Show, Pagani has put the ultra-rare (5 units), ultra-fast supercar at an ultra-high price. The Zonda Cinque’s price has now doubled to €1.6million (or about $2 million at the current rates).

The Zonda Cinque is basically a Zonda R, but is road legal. Just like the Zonda R, the Zonda Cinque will share little parts with the similar-looking Zonda F. Some of the main elements that distinguish the Cinque from the F will be the improved aerodynamics in front and the intake scoop on the roof. It is powered by a V12 engine that delivers 678 hp.
