Ford Focus already has an RS high performance version, but starting in 2011, the Fiesta will also have its own performance version: Enter the Ford Fiesta ST. This model will be powered by an all-new turbocharged engine and will deliver at least 180bhp. The official debut will be made at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show with sales to begin later on that summer.

We have to remind you that a while ago Ford said they had dropped the idea of a ST version for the Fiesta, but recent spy shots revealed those rumors weren’t true.

With 180 hp under the hood, the Fiesta ST will make the 0-62mph sprint in less than seven seconds and hit a top speed of more than 140mph. The car will be distinguished by twin exhaust pipes, a rear diffuser, and a bodykit.

I never owned a Saab, but I always liked their quirkiness. I would genuinely love to see a resurgence of the brand, but I certainly won’t be buying one myself until I’m confident they’re going to be around for a while. The potential of losing warranty, parts and service support on a modern vehicle is enough to keep me away. It’s just not worth the risk.

This is one Euro design that I can do without. I actually like the US model better this time around. I mix of East meets West is a better combo than this ultra plastic looking print out.

Their display at the Chicago auto show was pitiful. I felt bad for the people working the booth. Just a handful of cars with no great differentiation to so many other cars at the show. It was a cool booth with a wall of video screens all tied together but the images are boring.

I am very jealous Ford Ranger Wildtrak is best model is high performance and customized design cannot head to USA. Official Ford Motor Company is almost bad business to USA.

This is an all new powered turbocharged engine! Although I observed that Ford has a strategy of spinning off multiple models but it doesn’t matter, performance wise, maybe they’re making it to be more successful platform.

I like the new body kit of this new Ford Fiesta, and I think they make or upgrade the performance of the car.

I’m not cheap. I have 98 mitsu mirage(daily driver). 5K miles on the odo when i bought it. 9K total cost of car. Had it for 11 years now. 4 doors. Roomy and still running. Still gets at least 35mpg. How is this Ford worth more than 20K in comparison?

Sweet. Well, actually it should have gotten some good upgrades and improvements some months ago. Small cars like these are very useful specially for city driving. I hope this car emits less and gives more mileage.
