So the the teaser trail leading up to the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show continues with an interesting look - or at least part of it - at the new Ford design concept that’s already penciled in for its worldwide debut in Germany next month.

While we’d love to get even the slightest bit of information surrounding these mystery concepts, we have to admit that these veils of secrecy are getting us more and more antsy for the doors to open in Frankfurt.

So what do we know about Ford’s new "major design concept"? Well, next to nothing, really. We’ve digested the Blue Oval’s press release front and back and the only we can take away from all of it is that the American automaker is gearing up for their biggest ever display stand in Frankfurt.

In addition to this mysterious concept, Ford has also announced that they will be introducing new details behind the next ’Focus performance car’, as well as two other debuts that are scheduled to take place at the same time.

Granted, we’re looking forward to Ford’s stand more than ever, but the real point-of-interest, at least as far as we’re concerned, is that still-to-be-identified design concept.

He doesn't know when that will be, but until then, he’s committed to expressing his love for KITT, and all cars for that matter, here at TopSpeed.  Read More
