The worst thing that could ever happen to a supercar is to have a reckless owner crash into smithereens because he thought that he could fly with it. Believe us, you have no idea how often this happens and those six-figure cars end up being reduced to twisted heaps of metal.

But even if you don’t end up sending your car on the fast track to the junk shops, there are still situations that you’d want to avoid, lest you become the subject of jokes and even end up on car sites like ours. One of those things is having your precious supercar clamped down by local authorities.

Needless to say, the embarrassment is magnified when that happens so we implore you that even if you’re richer than a lot of us, it still doesn’t excuse you from thinking that you’re above the law.

Check out the gallery of supercars that have been clamped because they’re owners thought that just because they have one of the bad boys, it allows them to become exceptions to the rule.

He doesn't know when that will be, but until then, he’s committed to expressing his love for KITT, and all cars for that matter, here at TopSpeed.  Read More

if you ever get to witness one in person i’ts incredible, nothing about this car is pretty and its not supposed to be, its menacingly intimidating compared to these modern cars that have swoop lines and girlish figures, (I’m looking at you Ferrari California)

I hate this car’s design, so incredibly much. In my eye’s, its design has not stood the test of time.

Poor cars. That is an absolute embarrassment. I can understand if a supercar gets into trouble because of speeding but to be clamped, that’s irresponsible.
