Why it matters

Having already seen the flagship G90 and some of the design of the "New York Concept," it's safe to assume that the upcoming G70 will be quite exciting to look at. While Hyundai struggled to give its non-luxury competitors a run for their money, the Genesis might just have what it takes to take on the big boys of the premium market. This concept car is beyond everything we've seen from the Korean company so far and the good news is that those design features will define Genesis' upcoming models. Sure, the headlamps, the engine hood, and the mirrors might not be that fancy on production models, but it sure looks like Hyundai means business with the Genesis brand. And, if the G90 is any indication, Genesis will unleash a bunch of very interesting vehicles in the next few years.
