Certain parts of South Florida can be as lavish and excessive as the oil rich oasis known as Dubai. From the beaches of Miami to West Palm Beach the luxurious level of living can sometimes border on the absurd. So it is no surprise that we find this gold plated Bugatti Veyron->ke1112 drawing a crowd parked in front of a hotel somewhere off of Collins Avenue on Miami Beach. This is the second Veyron owner that we have seen who prefers the luster of gold over a Pur Sang edition of the 1001 HP super car. The first one was from Kuwait. It is nice to see that these ultra exotic custom cars can make it here into the U.S. and aren't just reserved for the ridiculously rich in the Middle East.

Although King Midas' Veyron is trying to fool a few people with the Dubai license plates, that pesky Lamborghini up front is wearing a good old set of Florida tags. Golden exotics have become quite popular lately. Back in May, and of course that in United Arab Emirates we saw a Golden Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano by Hamann was also spotted as well as a Matte Gold Audi R8 and a reappearance of the [once stolen gold 911 Turbo convertible->https://www.topspeed.com/cars/car-news/golden-porsche-996-turbo-rides-again-ar77742.html.
