The upcoming Gran Turismo 6 will feature a total of 33 locations, with 71 different layouts. One of these locations is the 1.86 km (1.15-mile) hill climb at Goodwood, which joins famous locations, like Silverstone and Willow Springs.

At the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed->ke3879, Gran Turismo will launch a new demo that will allow the expected 185,000-plus spectators to challenge Nick Heidfeld's 41.6-second course record set in a Formula 1->ke190 car in 1999. Players will be able to race a range of stunningly recreated cars, thanks to the numerous PlayStation "race pods" installed at the event. Nissan->ke62 and Alfa Romeo->ke1386 and Ford->ke31 will also have pods on their Moving Motor Show displays.

Gran Turismo's decision to feature the hill climb in the game comes in the same year as the Goodwood Festival of Speed's 20th anniversary, so for sure participants at the event will have lots of surprises prepared.
