Gumpert official web page reports: On Wednesday, 14th of November 2007 a course of lectures to the topic "Innovations in the automotive engineering" will take place at FH JOANNEUM in Graz. Tobias von Rad, Development Engineer of the Gumpert Sportwagenmanufaktur GmbH gives a lecture in the context of this course on the positioning, development, production and series production of the super sports car Apollo.

Gumpert Apollo is a splendid supercar created by Roland Gumpert. But at the moment no one can enjoy the pleasure of this car. On the Gumpert official web page there is a news with the title "Super sports car Apollo from the concept up to the start of production." We can only conclude the car will go into production sometime soon.

The big question is what is going to happen on November 14th? Will be just another attempt to convince new partners, or indeed will be announce the beginning of production? And if will go into production how many units will be made? We’ll just need to wait until November to have more details!

Also there are rumors saying Apollo will run at the "24 Hours of Le Mans."
