Hennessy to unveil customized Lexus IS-F and Nissan GT-R
Hennessey Performance, the well known American-based tuner, is thinking to enlarge its collection of custom cars in order to add some Japanese influences to its list. Hennessey’s offer includes some of the most famous brands like Bugatti, Bentley, BMW and Porsche. The new- comers in the list at the moment are the new Lexus IS-F and the
Nissan GT-R coupe.
The first one to be set to lauch by the end of this year is the Lexus. The mod list planned by the tunning company features exhaust, headers, intake upgrades and maybe also a supercharger kit. The standard base starts with 417hp, so given the fact that Hennessey bets always on insane power it is more likely to have the supercharger for certain
not only as a possibility.
The GT-R will follow Lexus but this will happen later as it isn’ t due to leave the shop until 2009. For the Nissan, Hennessey still didn’t reveal any mod list. But taking in consideration that the company plans a tweaked Corvette ZR1 and Camaro for the same year, we can guess that adding some zip to the seriously fast AWD Japanese budget supercar is a fact.
