Your First Sneak Peak At The Upcoming All-Electric DeLorean - gallery

The DeLorean Motor Company will showcase a concept car at this year's Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on August 21st

It was just over a month ago, back in late February that the automaker gave us a teaser image of what the upcoming concept

While it didn't give us much, aside from the gullwing doors and its front facia

This latest image from the automaker is more substantial. It shows off the basic form, tail lights, and crucially, those louvers, similar to one on the OD DeLorean

Italdesign will once again try to work their magic on DeLorean's latest creation

However, as you saw from the teaser, it is unlikely that the upcoming concept will retain the boxy form of the original and instead makes way for a more smoother and curvaceous lines instead

Personally, I hope that they can at least bring back the stainless steel aesthetic of the classic car
