No driver can ever have the impact that Dale Earnhardt had when he was ripping through the racetrack in the aggressive style that earned him the nickname, "The Intimidator". He was America’s race car driver, best known for his controversial career driving stock cars for Nascar. Earnhardt succeeded in winning 76 races and ties the record with Richard Petty for most all-time championship wins with seven. We are extremely happy that Dale Earnhardt will finally be inducted into the Hall of Fame and we are even more excited for the special edition Camaro to be debuted in his honor.

Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet will unveil the 2010 Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet Hall of Fame Edition Camaro on April 29th. This is a one of a kind vehicle for every NASCAR and automotive enthusiast. It features a bold, unique paint scheme and a custom pin stripe that allows it to stand out among the crowd. The customization continues on to the interior, as well, with matching, painted panels to carry out the polished look completely throughout. It also comes brazenly with exclusive, machined badges and accessories manufactured by Earnhardt Technologies. The car emits the same Earnhardt attitude that made Dale Earnhardt the top division driver that he was.

Stay tuned for more details!

Well, no matter what..Camaro have an impressive look and I really love it. The production version have an amazing output so I have a positive feeling that the HOF as well would be a powerful car.

Chevy Camaro have an impressive performance and look! I was a bit confused if this car was already out in the market or this one is just a concept car.

IMO GM needs to build these cars for mind share if nothing else. I’ll never buy a Camaro or a Vette, but GM without these, loses even more luster.
Similar for the Volt. GM bet too big on Volt. Even if it makes economic sense to shutter the Volt
program, it would be suicide in the public opinion space.

I think Camaro is using some common sense especially making this car for developing
nations using existing tooling and left over parts from the discontinued model here in US and
It is probably the best method to get their return on investment and cut losses. This model however would not fly in US, especially with the current and previous generations of Audi A8 selling at very good (depreciated) prices.
