If at some point you decide that you’re in need of a watch upgrade, you might want to check out this latest special-edition timepiece from Swiss luxury watchmaker Hublot. Actually, describing it as a special edition->ke2041 might not even do it any sort of justice. This Hublot watche is actually called the Big Bang Ferrari->ke252 and it's limited to just 60 pieces in commemoration of Ferrari’s 60th anniversary in North America.

The watch itself is a shining example as to why Hublot is considered one of the best watchmakers in the world. Ferrari seems to trust it because the two companies have collaborated on more than just watches. Hublot’s actually the official timekeeper of the Italian supercar->ke177 manufacturer and its Formula One->ke662 team.

So when it came time for Ferrari to celebrate its 60th anniversary in North America, it was only right that the automaker commemorated the milestone with a limited edition Hublot time piece that will probably cost as much as a fully functioning, high-end sports car.->ke506 I’m not kidding, ladies and gentlemen. Remember, Hublot released the Big Bang Ferrari watches in 2013, and those bad-boys cost $43,600 a piece. Can you imagine how much these 60 limited-edition->ke3060 versions are going to cost?

Hublot Big Bang Ferrari USA 60th anniversary in detail

I really don’t know where to start. I could go with the sapphire dial and the matte-blue indices, or maybe the red-and-white decals that create a really unique look that only a watchmaker like Hublot can accomplish. Look a little closer and you’ll notice that the bezel not only has six black titanium screws on it, but the whole thing is actually made out of the same carbon-fiber material that Ferrari’s Formula One team uses on the chassis of its race cars.

Hublot also used straps that come in either black leather with blue stitching or blue leather with white stitching. Each of these versions have black, matte-carbon deployant buckles.

The watch also has an exclusive 1241 Unico flyback chronograph movement, which Hublot itself developed. I’m not an expert in watches by any means, but that sounds like a technology that only the best watch makers are capable of creating. What I do know is that these 60 watches are about as exclusive as it gets. It's not as rare as the Ferrari F60America. But for what it's worth, it's pretty darn close.

Now all you need to have is about $100,000 in spare change and you'll be all set.
