Lexus has shown us a closer look at the near-production-ready RZ and the Electrified SUV Concept. This means it's now time for the Electrified Sedan Concept to show more of its pretty face as Lexus reveals more photos of its future electric sedan.

In terms of design, it looks unlike any Lexus vehicle or even any sedan before it for that matter. The upcoming range of electric SUVs still wears the brand's spindle grille, albeit closed off. The Electrified Sports Sedan merely echoes the grille's shape but that's about it. What only remains is an inverted trapezoidal lower air intake that most likely provides cooling for the electric motors

At the sides of its front fascia are a pair of L-shaped LED daytime running lights, while the headlight units themselves are positioned at the top and bottom of the daytime running lights. There's also a vented hood, though we're not sure why it needs such cooling, and then the hood itself tapers downward, much like in a Porsche Taycan.

The side profile of the Lexus Electrified Concept looks just as sporty as the front. The windshield is steeply raked, while its roofline flows down towards the trunk in a single stroke, giving it a very sporty silhouette. There's also a crease on its side that gives Lexus the opportunity to add side vents.

Moving towards its booty, gone is the signature "L" logo we've become accustomed to. Instead, the Lexus script is written horizontally below the rear spoiler, much like in the new NX and LX.} The LED taillights then drop down towards the lower rear bumper, and the shape of the taillights echo the curves of its front end.

Lexus has not revealed any other information other than this new set of side and rear-end photos. Back in December, however, the Japanese luxury automaker announced that by 2030, it will have an EV in all segments.} In addition, it aims to sell only EVs in Europe, North America, and China by then. By 2035, Lexus expects to sell just EVs in all markets.
