Infiniti’s products at Geneva show
In Geneva next month, Infinity, the luxury brand of Japanese automaker Nissan, will launch a skew of models which will set the cat among the pigeons. The forthcoming products seem quite vivid and interesting as new performance sedans, coupes and crossovers are ready to be unveiled.
These models will compete in the cut-throat luxury segment of Europe which according to the maker is the "the toughest luxury market in the world". Just like its classmates Cadillac, Toyota and Acura, Infinity too wants to compete on the international platform which is evident as the second generation FX performance crossover will have its covers taken off it for the first time, making it the first Cadillac to be launched away from the U.S.
The models have been specially tailored for European tastes and likes. President and CEO of Nissan, Carlos Ghosn, will be there in Geneva to oversee the proceedings. The cars will be available in the European market by October 2008.
