Ken Block’s Rally American season got off on a wrong foot after he failed to even make it to the finish line in the season’s inaugural race but if his past performances at the 100 Acre Woods Rally are any indication, you could say that Block will bounce back rather nicely in the next race.

The American rally car is aiming to bag his fifth victory at the event this weekend and this video of him dusting off his new Ford Fiesta Moster World Rally with navigator Alex Gelsmino - he’s a chatty fellow, isn’t he? - at a ranch near 100 Acre Woods shows that he‘s about as ready as ready can be to get down and dirty over muddy gravel this weekend.

They probably aren’t Brian. I too had a dream to be a rally driver but training for it and the equipment and team that you need costs millions. The thrill of watching them race is the only thing that raises my interest. My dreams are long forgotten and I will never do it with my cars on the street without training.

I wonder if those kinds of modifications on rally cars are legal in the streets. I mean can you just see on how the car handles from the inside cameras? It seems so cool even though it still doesn’t mean that Ken Block will bag a lot of wins in the rally races.

well that was an amazing run by ken, IMO the fiesta performs well, but the fiesta is not the stable as the Subaru, i guess fiesta has the same wheelbase as the Mazda 2, hopefully mazda will join in WRC and make their own Mazda 2 WRC version.
