Unplugged Performance, a California-based tuner of Tesla vehicles, recently announced that it has formed a collaboration with Koenigsegg Advanced Manufacturing for the manufacturing of carbon fiber aero parts for Tesla vehicles.

The carbon fiber parts have been developed with the same expertise as Koenigsegg's own hypercars such as the Koenigsegg Jesko or Regera. Thus, expect the highest quality in carbon fiber weaving, ensuring that the aero parts are extremely tough and lightweight.

Manufacturing the carbon fiber parts involve using Koenigsegg’s proprietary carbon fiber weave which is pre-impregnated with epoxy resin, and then precision computer cut to the geometry of the product. The parts are then assembled by hand using specialized tooling, which is then pressurized and temperature optimized in an autoclave. Afterwards, the parts are extracted, trimmed, sanded, bonded, and then finished in a UV clear coat. Topping it all off is a special UP x KAM collaboration sticker indicating the manufacturing partnership.

The collaboration between Unplugged Performance and Koenigsegg Advanced Manufacturing gives Tesla owners access to the rarified air of hypercar-grade carbon fiber that used to be exclusive to Koenigsegg's lineup of highly-exclusive cars. Inventory is currently in limited quantities, but Unplugged Performance says that the parts can be shipped anywhere around the world from its Hawthorne headquarters.

Only a limited set of aero parts are available for the entire Tesal Model S, Model 3, Model X, and Model Y (S3XY) lineup, and as expected, they're not cheap. The tuning company, however, says that expect more new parts to be released this year. For now, here's a list of each available part and its prices:
