No really? It sounds strange and unbelievable, but according to CarMagazine it might happen! X-BOW seems to be just the beginning for KTM; the company is now readying a slew of new low-cost, eco models – including a cleaner, cheaper 4x4 and a choice of city cars aimed at developing countries and Europe alike.
The future "SUV" is internally know as the New Haflinger and is a kind of sophisticated quad bike, which does equally well on and off-road. According to those familiar with the project, the ultra-short go-anywhere toyster deserves full marks in the handling and roadholding chapter, too.

It will be available in closed- or open-top bodystyles and will be launched in 2010.

i don’t know about the SUV, but the X-BOW is a great looking car, the street version is possible to have a 300 hp modified Audi S3 engine (according to a KTM oficial).
