Grigio Antares is usually a color reserved for the Murcielago, but over in San Diego, California, Symbolic Motor Car Company has just sold a 2009 Gallardo LP560-4 dressed to the nines in this unique color. The car looks sensational and even comes equipped with passport radar, tinted tail lights, tinted side markers, and apparently much more not listed.

Forget the yellow or green exterior paint colors some choose for the Gallardo, this gray paint makes it look better than any other options Lamborghini may have to offer. Apparently the owner chose this color as a way to express his personality without disrupting Lamborghini’s design.

As a reminder, the Gallardo LP560-4 is powered by the new 5.2 liter V10 engine with an output of 560 PS (412 kW) at 8000 rpm. The increase of 40 PS compared with that of the previous Gallardo, and the approximate 20 kilogram reduction in weight, improves the power weight ratio to 2.5 kilograms per PS (hp) and thus enhances performance. The LP560-4 accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and can hit a top speed of 201 mph.

I agree that the car has an impressive speed performance. However, I don’t think that the engine performance of the car is good! For a v10 technology, the speed performance of the car is quite less powerful.

Well, what else to say but this car has an impressive speed performance as well as its styling! Gallardo has been successful production in the market.

ice and it looks good on Lamborghini though I prefer the matte color! Well, as expected on this car it has a good performance and luxurious detailing. However, I wonder why this car doesn’t join in any racing competition?

The figure performance of this car seems to be slow compare to other Lamborghini through the detailing is simply awesome it’s not that impressive for me.

Wow! that was an amazing speed record, 201 mph for 3.7 sec! I would never doubt the reliability of this car. This car is really a sensational.

Am I the only one who thinks that Porsche & Lambo are cheapening their brand by pimping out so many special editions?

Yes I’ve seen those photos, but I’ve never seen anyone buy it in that color. It looks better on the Murcielago then on the Gallardo IMO though. But I think it would look sweet with the black roof on the Gallardo!

It looks like the proof-of-concept carbon fiber-rich Lamborghini Sesto Elemento may be up for a short production run of 10 vehicles, if a German auction offering proves true.

So exciting I about we’d me pants...gad, can’t Mercedes style a vehicle any longer?

The Lamborghini Gallardo is the most successful model in the company’s history. However, this also means that owners of the car have the greatest chance to meet someone with the same ride.

agree it looks more aggressive and sporty on this kind of paint, also the black painted part are well fitted to the antares paint.

dang that wasa different silver color, it looks more like a glossy light gray with a touch of black parts.

Ferraris, and Mercedes are some of the most prominent names in the world of cars that do not need any introduction. For they in it self speak of their identity

This is an excellent thing for the Raging Bull, but for customers it means that there’s a pretty big chance that the ride of choice is also the vehicle driven by a neighbor or fellow racer.

dude the grigio antares is a special paint of the gallardo made for States, european and states lamborghini is way different because of the Emission and Speed limit on street.

lovely paint job, but isn’t antares a trademark of OZ antares? the same wheel they found in Need for Speed underground 1 and 2? well this is just a thought.

consumer reports is biased garbage for people who don’t enjoy cars and only drive for convenience... you know, the camry/accord/prius/civic crou

Is this car that was said to be "the car of the year" according to Robb Report?.And i’ve heard that a lot disagree. They complain that the car has a lack of head bag and lack of side door.

The stock one is oddly proportioned, and I agree with you guys.. the nose is too long and large. However, this body kit does improve the proportions tremendously and funny, it makes it look so much more like a last gen CR-X
