We've been received several spy shots of the next-generation Porsche 911 recently, and it seemed that a big unveiling was only a few months away. There's no official date for that, but it doesn't matter anymore, the first photos of the actual 992-generation 911 just leaked the Interwebz via Instagram. Camo-free and in full production form!

How do we know it's the new 992? Well, the rear fascia details match those seen in the spy shots. The slim taillights with the even thinner bar across the fascia, the new engine grille, and the movable decklid that become a spoiler have been spotted on prototypes since 2017.

The rear bumper also feels familiar thanks to the exhaust pipes moved closer to the center and flanking a big, trapezoidal license plate recess.

Unfortunately, we can't see much of the front end in the tiny mirror, but it appears that the 911 now has a larger intake that stretches across the entire fascia. The headlamps have also been reshaped and feature a new LED layout under the plastic cover. But hey, just look at those massive rear haunches and the juicy yellow paint. They make me want to drive one now!

More details should become available shortly, so make sure you stick around. Heck, we might even see the new 911 make its global debut at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show in a few weeks.
