Is this some sort of a Black Friday Sale?

Are you kiddin’ me? ‘Nope.’ A Mustang GT 800 HP for $39,995? ‘Yes!’ Is it used? ‘No’

Well, that’s the kind of reaction you can expect from a lot of people. Ohio-based Lebanon Ford is back with final ‘Pick You Power’ car, and this time it’s the LFP Street Sleeper Twin Turbo Mustang.

This time, the dealership is offering a 2019 Mustang GT that packs 800 horses for just $39,995, and this includes the car as well.

Called the LFP Street Sleeper Twin Turbo Mustang, the car uses a Street Sleeper System from Hellion Power Systems. This system mounts the turbos under the car and uses the factory air box. The twin-turbo setup includes dual bypass valves and a high-flow intercooler. The system is rather simple with a lot less wiring and pipe installations. From the outside, the Mustang GT looks the same. Some other highlights of the system include fuel injectors, Palm Beach Dyno tune, and 56-pound injectors.

You Don’t Have To Buy A Whole New Car To Get The Extra Power

In case you own a 2018 or 2019 Mustang GT, you can go only for the kit which costs $6,395.

At the price point that the dealership is offering the car, and the power system is a steal-deal. The stock Mustang GT, which produces 460 ponies, costs $35,555. In the past, the dealership has offered power upgrades for the Mustang in excess of 1000 horses.

Our Take

Even though there are hundreds of tuning companies out there, getting such upgrades from the company, in this case, the dealership, gives a peace of mind.

The closest competition is the Dodge Hellcat, which produces 707-horses, but costs $20,000 more.

So, at this price point, it makes total sense to choose it over the standard Mustang GT, and perhaps, even the competition. What are your thoughts on this Mustang GT with the extra punch? Let us know in the comments section below.
