For a brand that proudly boasts of a product portfolio totaling three vehicles – the aptly named supercars ‘B1’ and ‘B2’ and the F2 SUV - it seems a little ambitious to announce that Marussia will be trooping over to the Frankfurt Motor Show next year with seven different models. You read that right: seven new models!

While we’re not about to question their capabilities in having seven debuts at the IAAs, it does make us wonder what type of cars the Russian automaker has up its sleeve. Word has it that among the models that will be in attendance are a sports coupe, a small city car, a luxury sedan, and a luxury SUV.

It’s also been noted recently that Marussia has set lofty goals for 2011 so it really shouldn’t come as a surprise that they’re planning on expanding their line-up past the B1, B2, and F2 SUV. The company is already in the process of opening two new show rooms in London and Monaco with factories also scheduled to open in Germany and Belgium at the same time. The latter move seems to coincide with the need to expand its production capabilities to accommodate the line-up growth.

Whatever the case may be, we’d be very surprised if 2011 isn’t going to be a big year for Marussia. All the signs are pointing to the Russian automaker having a very eventful year, highlighted by what is shaping up to be a Russian invasion at the 2011 IAAs.

Kirby’s first exposure into the world of automobiles happened when he caught Knight Rider on television as a five-year old boy. David Hasselhoff didn’t leave much of an impression on him (that happened later on in Baywatch), but KITT certainly did. To this day, Kirby remains convinced that he will one day own a car with the same ‘spirit’ as the original KITT (not the 2008 monstrosity). He doesn't know when that will be, but until then, he’s committed to expressing his love for KITT, and all cars for that matter, here at TopSpeed.  Read More

I’m not interested! I don’t like this car it has an excessive accessory for the exterior. But the wheels are extremely cool!

I love their two skin one tone idea. But I think both of them doesn’t have any gear inside! It kinda look like a curvy Lamborghini Reventon.

Poser! It look like a Pagani Zonda. Yeah, absolutely Marussia is so ambitious for planning to join in the upcoming Frankurt Motor Show.

We they are definably look hot and exotic enough. I hope this brand will make cars as good quality as the looks, because the Russian cars that are in the market right now have horrible quality.

A new teaser of the Marussia B2 has been sent out, with influence from a fighter jet. That, and the B1 hybrid supercar, will be showcased in Frankfurt

What happens when newly-monied Russians design a super car? You get the successor to the first Russian super car, the B1. It’s the Marussia B2 and it’s got looks to shame a Ferrari Enzo and, supposedly, a 420HP Cosworth mill.

My god those things are tacky. I like the looks of the two tone one. But both of them have absolutely no gear inside them.

I’ll wait till it comes on I don’t want to miss a movement due to low quality. I don’t mind waiting another day or two for better quality!

agree for sure marussia wants to invade the world of sports car, but unfortunately they can’t because they haven’t prove anything yet. they can even beaten the nimble lancer evo. but time goes by marussia will become known in the world of super cars.

it looks great but what European and US car can compete with this baby? I guess Russia is really serious in making a sports car of their own.

agree with you. It looks very different sports car. The rear wheel looks awful and vents are so large that a dog may fit in.
