It’s been a few months since our spy photographers caught the updated 2016 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class out testing, but it doesn’t appear that it has lost much of its camouflage. The big news is that we get our best look yet at the interior.

The single shot shows that the interior will be getting minimal upgrades similar to most of the exterior. Standing out the most is the redesigned steering wheel, which appears to have a smaller diameter with a more prominent flat bottom. Why it matters

There is still no word as to when the Mercedes-Benz SL-Class will debut, but it would be a safe bet to see it arrive later this year in time for the 2016 model year. Mercedes is working as hard as it can to eliminate the oddball styling that the current SL’s face has, so only time will tell if this new nose job will do the trick.
