• Mercedes prepares E65 AMG

The German Magazine, Auto Motor Und Sport, in its latest issue, reports that Mercedes is preparing a new E65 AMG sports sedan. The car will be priced at about 150,000 Euro (around $200k at the current rates).

It seems that the German brand has already patented the name, but the only other detail known at the moment is that the E65 AMG will be powered by a 6.0 liter V12 engine with a maximum output of 612 hp and a peak torque of 1000 NM. That information alone beats the 2010 Aston Martin Rapide priced at $200K for a power output of 470hp and 443lb.-ft. of torque, but we’ll have to wait and see the E65 AMG to accurately compare.

Stay tuned for more details!

Definitely, talking about the speed performance of this car E65 AMG sounds better compare to the 400+ hp power output of the Rapide.

I guess this car has been released recently. The performance of this car is quite impressive and I’m glad that they have removed the gull wing here that adds to the weight of the car.

After all this is a sports car, eh? Especially i adore the new grill! These new AMG models just look so vicious and aggressive. Love them! Especially the 65... New rims look cool too. I like the way Mercedes is going for sure.

More aggressive face. Old one was too shy, boring and oldfashioned.
