It may not be a sports car->ke506 in the general sense, but the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe may be one of the prettiest two-doors available today. If you are like most people, and don’t have at least $119,000 to blow on a new Mercedes,->ke187 but you would still like to dream about it, head over to MBUSA.com right now. The site has the S-Class Coupe's configuration tool live, so you can create a perfect custom S-Class Coupe to call your own.

I decided to start with an S63 AMG model (base MSRP $160,000). I like the Lunar Blue Metallic paint, 20-inch silver alloys and the Exterior Carbon Fiber package. Of course I also added the carbon-ceramic brakes. For the inside, I went with Saddle Brown and Black Nappa leather, and the Black Poplar trim. The only other option I would take is the upgrade to the Burmester surround system. Grand total for my build is a whopping $182,445.

Why don’t you run over and build your own new Mercedes. Drop your chosen options and final price in the comments. Bonus points for screenshots. Continue reading to find out more information on some of the other options and colors, as well as getting a chance to check out photos of my chosen car.

Christian's Chosen Build

Exterior Colors

As is the tradition for Mercedes-Benz, you can buy your new S-Class in more than a dozen colors, but most of them are some different shade of white, black or silver. If you feel like getting a little crazy, the Emerald Green Metallic looks to be a good rendition of British Racing Green, and the Lunar Blue Metallic I chose is rather attractive. There is a Ruby Black Metallic, but it looks closer to brown in these photos than anything.

There are only two wheel designs, AMG 5-spoke or 10-spoke units, but the 10-spoke units come in 19- or 20-inch sizes, and you can get them in silver or black.

Interior

The interior offers seven different shades for the leather: one black, three shades of gray, two versions of beige and one dark brown. Each has its own fancy name, and you can see photos of each one below. For trim options, Mercedes finally gives you some excitement with three wood options that feature an abstract burled pattern in black, brown or an interesting metallic silver. You can also choose the traditional standby of Piano Black, plus there are metallic pinstripe and carbon fiber options as well.
