“Mercedes-Benz TV” will begin internet television broadcasts on July 12th, according to a press release issued by the company. The broadcasts will be presented in both German and English, and will begin with a live program from the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week show in Berlin.

The program initially is expected to be 20 minutes long, with a mix of “news, facts, and background information” about the brand. For the opening day of the network, however, there will be a special broadcast which features current M-B drivers Lewis Hamilton and Klaus Ludwig and a variety of Mercedes models, including the Uhlenhaut coupe, based on the racing 300SL, and the Ocean Drive convertible concept car.

Details about Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week are available on its website, http://www.mbfashionweek.com/, which is worth the visit just to see some of the elegant and artistic photography which combine Mercedes cars with lithe young models in the latest fashion creations.
