With just a few days before the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show->ke211 opens its gates, Mercedes->ke187 has posted a teaser image for a new AMG model, which will debut in LA, on its Facebook page. Mercedes didn't reveal any other details on this image, so let the speculations begin!

The description next to the teaser image was as follows: "Want to take a glimpse into the future? Over the next few days we will uncover a new member of the AMG family, bit by bit. This first picture shows a front splitter made of visible carbon. Any idea what is coming?"

No, we have no idea, but we can take a crack at guessing. If you remember, Mercedes ->ke187 is expected to arrive in Los Angeles Auto Show with a special SLS Final Edition -- the last model to be built before the new Mercedes GT/SLC takes its slot. Additionally, if you take a look at the current SLS and the teaser picture, you will notice some similar elements, like the carbon fiber lip and the design of the air intakes.

We will find out whether we are right or wrong soon enough, so stay tuned.
