Ever since its launch, the STO (Super Trofeo Omologato) has been described as the most radical road-legal version of the Huracan yet. The question is: how do you transform something as sporty as the Huracan STO into something that's even more dynamic and thrilling? The answer is simple: you ask Novitec to come up with a solution!

Its latest package, while it makes no updates under the hood, transforms both the exterior and the interior look of the supercar and includes a new exhaust system that will make the V-10 sound a lot better. If we were to look at previous Novitec jobs, this is just the first step and updates for the engine are just around the corner.

It is very hard to update something that is pretty close to perfect, but Novitec found a way. Its body kit offers tailor-made naked-carbon elements that will highlight even more of the car's racing look. The tuner is offering new rocker panels that will make the STO look lower and will offer an even sleeker stance. There are also larger air intakes in front of the rear wheels that will optimize cooling even further. The exterior mirrors and the enlarged air intakes for the rear side windows are also made from carbon fiber, while the NL4 centerlock wheels are made from hi-tech alloys.

The tuner is also offering small updates to the interior, but they are limited to the finest leather and Alcantara in any desired color.

Most of the updates with this package are offered for the wheels, suspension, and exhaust system. We will start with the most impressive of them all: the high-performance exhaust system. It was specially designed to offer a more thrilling sound, but in the future, it will also help optimize the performance of the V-10. It will be offered in different variations and can be had with or without actively controlled butterfly valves. It will be made from wither stainless steel or Inconel - a light material used in Formula 1 racing. The system ends with 111-millimeter end pipes in matt or glossy carbon, or if you really want to go all in, with fine gold plating.

The supercar will ride on new Vossen wheels, sized 20 inches up front and 21 inches in the back. They are offered in your choice of 72 colors, including a choice of brushed or polished finish, and will be wrapped in high-performance Z-rated tires. Novitec is also offering a new coilover suspension developed together with KW. It offers 14 selectable settings that allow you to lower the car's ride by as much as 30 mm - 1.18 inches.

No changes were made under the hood, which means the Novitec STO is still powered by the same 5.2-liter V-10 engine. It delivers a total of 631 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque, which is enough for a 0 to 60 mph sprint in just 3.0 seconds and up to a top speed of 190 mph. Novitec will likely offer engine updates in the future, though, so watch this space.
