For many Porsche->ke1 fans the real 911->ke282 remains the model launched back in the 1960s and everything else launched after its just an evolution of that car. But their heart remained to the classic model. So the fact that many tuners is offering them the possibility to customize their 997->ke509 to look like a 1960 911 should not surprise you.

For example, Bo Zolland in cooperation with Custom Concepts from The Netherlands have created a retro styling kit that allows any Porsche 997 owner to get back in time and to have a car that looks closer to the original 911 of the 1960s.

For this the tuner is offering a front bumper with a new set of turn lights and vents similar to the ones from the 1960s, but also a different design for the lower air vents. The car will sit on a new set of Fuchs alloy wheels, and of course the image won't be complete until you won't get the duct-tail wing.

Details on the pricing will be released in the near future.
