In December 2021, Toyota announced its plan for electrification in the future, which will include its luxury wing, Lexus. Its thorough EV strategy is a substantial step-up for Lexus, and by 2035, the luxury brand is going all-electric. In the press conference, Lexus introduced an electric supercar named Electrified Sport, which would be a modern and electrified iteration of the legendary LFA. But what if we show you a bunch of renderings of what might be Lexus' take on a four-door electric coupe? Giorgi Tedoradze's E-Sharper will give you a sense of what high-end two-door future coupes might look like.

Lexus’ first supercar was the LFA, which was not only fast but also luxurious and acoustically pleasing. The E-Sharper Concept, on the other hand, is very different, with more modern design bits and an electric powertrain. The front sports a glowing Lexus logo, a grille-less lower bumper, and LED clusters for the headlights. However, there are brake-cooling vents and an angular bumper design for better aerodynamics. The red and black dual-tone exterior finish looks excellent. Furthermore, the concept renderings display a heavily creased hood and thick fenders.

You will notice how low the E-Sharper rides from the sides, with massive 10-spoke wheels. Unlike the Electrified Sport EV coupe, the E-Sharper has four doors with flush handles and angular side skirts. Since it is imagined to be a performance coupe, Giorgi had to design a sloping roofline to give a more enhanced visual of how aerodynamic the prototype would be. The rear fascia sports two LED light bars, with the illuminated Lexus branding at the center. There are tiny horizontal LED clusters on the sides, similar to the front end. The rear bumper design is unique, with a grille-like cladding.

Fortunately, we have a glimpse of the E-Sharper’s dashboard design. The driver-side dashboard has a cockpit-style design with one huge curved display up front. It seems that the display on the right shows vehicle information, the center display has the typical Lexus instrument-console layout, and the screen on the right manifests the navigation system. The steering wheel design is not unique, and a yoke-style unit could have gotten along with the overall aesthetics. In addition, the center console has a portrait-style display with an HVAC control interface and an ergonomically placed control knob. However, another screen on the front passenger side incorporates Apple CarPlay connectivity.

We love how the E-Sharper looks, and in the future, many of the design cues could be a part of the future Lexus’ four-door coupe. Meanwhile, follow Giorgi Tedoradze on Behance for many incredible concept renderings.
