Revised 911 Turbo to be unveiled at the 2008 Geneva Show
Porsche will unveil a revised 911 Turbo at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show. it will go on sale in summer 2008 and will replace the current model.
The car doesn’t feature to many changes but Porsche worked on improving some of the car’s detailing that will have impact on the car’s specification and performance. The biggest visual difference is the new rear lights. These are sharper and have LED-style bulbs. Up front, the headlamps get more distinctive lenses and there are revised foglights, too.
From the latest spy shots you can see that the new 911 will feature Porsche’s PCCB ceramic discs that will help drivers to make the most of the spectacular performance.
Under the hood there will be a twin-turbo 3.6-liter engine. The 0 to 60 mph sprint will be made in 3.7 seconds and will hit a top speed of 193 mph. A convertible version is also in the work.
