They say that proof lies somewhere in the evidence and if we're going to take Rolls Royce->ke74's sales figures in China as a barometer of the exponential growth of the luxury brand in China - the brand is said to have made a sales increase of 300% for the first quarter of 2010 compared to the same time frame in 2009 - then it really doesn't surprise us that they've decided to open yet another showroom in what is fast becoming the biggest auto market in the world.

The new showroom is located in the commercial district of Ningbo and, according to Paul Harris, Rolls Royce's Asia Pacific regional director, the opening of the showroom is a testament to Rolls Royce's exponential growth of Rolls Royce in a country that's also fast becoming the largest automaker in the world.

“The new showroom reflects our commitment to the Chinese market," he says. "Greater China continues its rapid growth and with a healthy order bank for both Phantom and Ghost models. As a result, we are already considering further dealer expansion into other areas of China."

The Ningbo showroom is expected to take the look of a two-car showroom with state-of-the-art configurators and luxurious amenities that have been a Rolls Royce trademark since time immemorial. Prospective customers will also be offered the full-range of Rolls Royce vehicles, including the flagship Phantom->ke1283, the Phantom Coupe, the Phantom Drophead Coupe, the Phantom Extended Wheelbase, and the brand's latest offering, the Ghost.
