If you’re a New York Yankees fan and you’re still glowing from the euphoric high of their 27th World Series championship, you might want to check out this special-edition 2010 Ford Mustang GT a.k.a. the “New York Yankees Mustang”. Sporting the unmistakable Yankee pinstripe with a matching Yankee logo on the hood and side doors, this one-off Mustang GT Convertible is currently being auctioned at the Aarbids website. In addition to the logo and pinstripes, the car also comes with a signed autograph from a pretty important member of the team: Yankee captain and shortstop Derek Jeter.

The car also comes with the unmistakable power that Ford Mustangs have come to be known for. It packs a 4.6-liter V-6 engine with an automatic transmission, 19-inch alloy wheels, and a pretty fancy interior blue lighting. The seller’s location is in Pleasant Valley, New York so if you live anywhere near the Tri-State area, you might have an easier time making a bid for the car, with the current bid sitting at $28,250. The auction ends on December 15 at 8pm EST.

So if you’re a Yankee die-hard and you fancy buying yourself an advanced Christmas present – albeit a pretty expensive one – then you can’t do any better than getting this custom-made “New York Yankees Mustang”.

Yes, the Mustang is weak. For the amount of horsepower they put out, they get blown away by most foreign competitors offering lower horsepower. And I live in New York and still think the car is tremendously ugly. Sure it competes with domestic autos like the camaro and challenger, but there are more auto companies than just chevy to compete with.

A Mustang, weak? You don’t know what you’re saying. This muscle car blows all its competitors like the Camaro and the Challenger. Anyways this car seems to have my interest coz’ I’m a fan on a baseball team New York Yankees and to see a limited edition car like this, I think I will try to bid on this one.

Mustangs are weak and this car looks fruity in pinstripes. Baseball should not need to advertise on cars. I wouldn’t want any of my favorite teams plastered on my paint.
