When the C63 AMG Black Series Coupe was unveiled at the Formula 1 German Grand Prix on the Nürburgring in July 2011, many marveled at the spectacular design, the technology transfer from the world of motorsport, and the excellent driving dynamics. What some may have groaned about was the lack of space in the back. Wipe those tears, folks. Mercedes->ke187 is finalizing the Sedan version of the sports car, as apparent in these recent spy shots. The new C63 AMG Black Series Sedan has been caught testing with a more aggressive design and, of course, more interior room, especially in the back seat.

Like with the coupe version, the sedan version will be powered by a 6.3 liter V8 engine that delivers a total of 510 HP and 457 lb-ft of torque. The sprint from 0 to 60 mph will be made in 4.2 seconds, while top speed will be limited to 155 mph.

As for the exterior design, it will get a big deep front spoiler and wider fenders, while the interior will benefit from AMG sports bucket seats, black Dinamica microfiber upholstery on the center panels of the seats and doors, an AMG performance steering wheel, and more.
