Let's take a little break from all those Geneva debuts and talk a little bit about the next generation Mercedes S-Class. The car was just caught testing yet again in cold Sweden where it showed up wearing less camouflage than ever before.

The stripping of the S-Class is a good thing for all of us who want to get even more details on the upcoming ride. The new S-Class->ke359 will feature a new design language inspired by the latest Mercedes->ke187 models, with a redesigned front end with a longer engine hood, new headlamps with LED technologies, and a new radiator grille.

The future luxury sedan will also feature new technologies like a computer-controlled suspension system with redesigned multi-link front and rear axles, more efficient engines, and a nine-speed automatic gearbox. Expect the AMG version to be powered by a turbocharged 5.5L V8 engine that produces between 536 HP and 550 HP.

The new generation Mercedes S-Class is set to be unveiled by the end of 2012, so stay tuned for more details!
