SSC Just Went Crazy With the Tuatara Striker and Tuatara Aggressor - gallery

SSC has upped the ante and unveiled two new Tuatara iterations called the Tuatara Striker and the Tuatara Aggressor

The Striker is all about downforce and comes with components like a large splitter and integrated dive plane up front, and directional vaned rockers on the side

Other aerodynamic parts include a fixed rear wing, active rear wing, vertical stabilizer, and an augmented rear diffuser

Courtesy of these components, the Tuatara Striker's downforce in increased three times, providing approximately 1,100 pounds of downforce at 160 mph

The Tuatara Aggressor is all about power, making up to 2,200 horses from the same 5.9-liter, V-8 engine. This will be a track-only model

SSC will make 100 standard Tuataras, 100 Tuatara Strikers, and only 10 Tuatara Aggressors. There's no word on the pricing, but it will be north of $2 million
