If you're looking for something sporty - and have a lottery win under your belt - the Porsche driven by Steve McQueen in the movie Le Mans could be for you.

The 350bhp, 3.0-litre flat-eight air-cooled speedster, with a fibreglass body and tubular aluminium spaceframe, is said to be good for 200mph plus.

Besides its starring role in the 1971 film, it is also thought to have competed in the Le Mans 24 Hours several times, and McQueen drove it in the 1970 Sebring 12 Hours (he came in second to Mario Andretti).

The car goes up for auction at a Bonhams & Butterfield event in Monterey, California, in August, part of the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. It's expected to fetch $2million.
