Lift kit gives new height to your current-gen F-150

Big trucks will tall lift kits and huge wheel and tire combinations are extremely popular these days. Not only does a lift kit give a truck a unique look, it brings more off-road capability thanks to improved approach, break-over, and departure angles; improved water fording depth; and greater protection from trail debris. Now Superlift has introduced its new suspension lift for the current-generation Ford F-150.

The lift kit comes in two height options: a 4.5-inch lift and a 6.0-inch lift. Both are said to accommodate wheels 18 inches and larger and tires 36 inches and larger. Superlift gives its customers the choice between two rear shock absorbers, the Superlift Superride or the Superlift Superride SS from Bilstein. The both lift kits heights are said to maintain the factory ride quality and not make front-wheel alignments difficult. Driveshaft alignment is also taken care of with an optional bearing carrier drop kit for F-150s with a two-piece rear driveshaft.

Superlift designed the kits using 3D CAD software with

supplied software models to ensure proper fitments of the parts. The lifts are also American made and come backed by a lifetime warranty, a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, and Superlift’s Factory Warranty Assurance Policy. The lift kits come packaged with all the parts needed to complete the project and can generally be finished in seven to nine hours.

The lift kit is designed to fit all 2015 and 2015 Ford F-150s with 4WD. Prices for the lift kit start at $999.95. Impressively, Superlift’s website lists both the 4.5- and 6.0-inch lift kit at that price. Order either kit with the optional Bilstein rear shocks and the price bumps to $1,114.75. Of course, Superlift also offers other lift kits and accessories for most modern F-150 model years as well.

That’s exactly what a lift kit does for a pickup. It also gives the owner more choices when it comes to wheel and tire options, moving from OEM sizes to larger spec rims and rubber.

New 4 1/2 and 6-inch bolt-on lift kits improve the looks of Ford’s popular pickup, allow for the use of 18-inch or larger wheels and 36-inch or larger tires, and deliver superior ride quality and handling.

West Monroe, La. (September, 2016) – Superlift, the leading manufacturer of truck and off-road suspension systems, has announced the release of its all-new lift systems for the 2015-2016 Ford F150. These systems are the most complete and cost effective solutions available to make room for larger tires, increase ground clearance and feature everything needed to make your F150 stand above the crowd.

Ford’s F150 is one of the most popular vehicles in America thanks to its rugged reliability, cutting-edge powerplants, and wide range of available options. Unfortunately, the vehicle’s factory suspension and ride height are the biggest limiting factor when it comes to its off-road capabilities as it severely restricts the amount of tire you can fit under the truck. Now, thanks to Superlift’s lift systems, 2015-16 F150 owners can get the increased ride height they need to run a larger wheel and tire combo without having to sacrifice ride quality or making the suspension difficult to align.

Superlift’s lift system for the 2015-16 Ford F150 was designed from OEM supplied models using the latest 3D CAD software to ensure an easy installation and precise fit. These lifts restore proper CV and driveshaft angles, require no modification to the tie rod ends, align to OEM specifications, allow the use of 18” or larger factory wheels and maintain awesome ride and handling characteristics.

Available for 2015 and 2016 Ford F150 4WD models, these lift systems offer two ride heights options, 4 1/2-inch and 6-inch lift heights, and a choice of rear shock absorbers, the SUPERLIFT® Superide® or the SUPERLIFT® Superide SS by Bilstein. For vehicles equipped with a two-piece rear driveshaft and carrier bearing, Superlift also offers an option bearing carrier drop kit to ensure complete compatibility.

Superlift lift systems are Made in the USA and are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Superlift’s Factory Warranty Assurance Policy. These systems come with all parts necessary for a complete installation and can typically be installed in 7-9 hours.
