The Abt name is well-known in the tuning scene, churning out some of the most lethal Audi's out there
They have recently started putting out drag racing videos on YouTube as well. Today, we have a Rolls Royce Cullinan take on a Lamborghini Urus
In the grey corner, we have the Cullinan is the quicker black badge variant that is quicker when compared to the standard model. Its 6.75-liter V-12 engine produces 592 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque
The Rolls isn't really designed for drag racing and tips the scales at a whopping 5864 pounds
Meanwhile, in the white corner, we have the bonkers Lamborghini Urus, which has been rated as one of the fastest SUVs in the world
It features a 4.0-liter V-8 engine that produces 641 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque. The Lambo does weigh less than the Rolls, tipping the scales at 4850 pounds
So it all comes down to the power and weight advantage of the Urus, against the Cullinan's superior torque. Which one will dominate? Well, lets find out
You've got Daniel Abt in the Rolls Royce, who doesn't seem very confident about this duel
And Aberle Tobias piloting the Lambo, who is
The showdown unfolded at an airbase against some spectacular scenery
Both cars line up for launch
The lights go out and it comes as no surprise that the Lambo got away
The Cullinan's V-12 was no match for the Urus' sheer pace
The Lambo meanwhile managed 11.87 seconds at 118.59 mph
It did a standing quarter in 12.84 seconds at 115.44
The pair line up to have another go, just to be absolutely sure
The lights go out and this time around, the Urus gets an even more aggressive launch
You can see the difference in pace and the results speak for themselves
The Urus clocks in an even faster quarter-mile time of 11.64 seconds at 121.21 mph
With the heavier Cullinan coming in at 12.9 seconds at 118.58 mph, so a marked improvement then for the Rolls
In the final pass for the day, the pair do a Rolling Race from 37 mph
And once again, it's the Lambo that dominates on this occasion as well. Regardless, Daniel sure had the best view out the windshield with that blacked out Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament
Here's how these two SUV's fared against some cars that have ran here in the past
So a definitive win then for the Lamborghini Urus, but many would argue that this was a pointless drag race
