How would you like a ride in a 2019 Yenko Chevrolet Camaro with a thousand horses under the hood? Specialty Vehicle Engineering announced its latest Yenko vehicle this week with updated looks to match the refreshed pony car. Spoiler - you may have to sell a kidney to buy this car.

2019 Yenko Camaro Engine

All cars will be equipped with the 1LE package before SVE even gets its hands on the car. The Yenko Camaro will be based on on of two trims – the standard Camaro 1SS or the 2SS. The 2SS will have more bells and whistles from the factory, naturally.

The 2019 Yenko Camaro Will Be Offered in Two States of Tune

This is more than double that of the standard Camaro SS! Speciality Vehicle Engineering has been customizing Yenko-branded vehicles for quite a few years now. Previously, they’ve worked on a 1,000-horsepower Corvette, an 800-horse Silverado, and the Camaro, of course. This time, SVE was chosen as the sole manufacturer of the current-generation Yenko cars, and customers can even order SVE's creations from select General Motors dealers.

The Other Additives

The 1LE track package will be standard in all 2019 Yenko Camaros. The Package is track-focused and will be equipped with stuff like a performance suspension, magnetic ride control, electronic limited-slip differential, a functional rear spoiler, and a heavy-duty cooling system. On the inside, the cars will come with Recaro seats as standard. Each of the cars will also be numbered and will come with a manufacturer's certificate of authenticity.

Conclusion

When we mentioned that the cars will be numbered, you would’ve figured out that this is a limited edition car. SVE plans to build just 25 examples of the Stage II cars; and because of the rarity, the car is priced at $66,995. SVE will also offer a few other options such as hood stripe graphics, embroidered headrests, and a painted supercharger that will increase this six-digit figure even higher. Will you be willing to pay this much amount for a power-packed Camaro? Let us know in the comments section below.
