The upcoming Mercedes-Benz C-Class has been spotted testing in Germany
by Sidd Dhimaan, onA 2023 Mercedes E-Class prototype has been spotted testing in Germany. Although it’s camouflaged heavily, we can figure out that the car has followed the footsteps of the new C-Class and S-Class. Given that the car is heavily clad, don’t expect it to be launched anytime soon. For all we know, the reveal could happen either at the end of this year, or sometime early next year.
The new E-Class follows the same design language as the new C-Class and the new S-Class. The grille has been left exposed and you can see black honeycomb mesh detailing with the logo in the middle. The logo, of course, is black-wrapped. You can see a two-beam headlight setup here, something that differentiates it from the single-beam C-Class and the triple-beam S-Class. The E-Class prototype is seen riding on 12-spoke, five lug-nut black wheels. At the rear, bits of taillights can be seen, but most of it is hidden behind the camouflage. It extends to the tailgate as well.
There are images of the interior here, but we are sure the car will be spotted testing again and we’ll get to see how the cabin looks. If it is anything like the new C-Class’s cabin, we’ll be happy folks!
