It’s been just a few days since we first spotted the next Porsche 911 Hybrid out for its first testing session around Nürburgring. Now it seems that the car is back for more playing around the ring, and our spy photographers were once again in the right spot at the right time and took some more pictures.

The new prototype reveals nothing new when compared to the previous one, but it is always nice to see Porsche cars in action! Now, back to what we know about the next 911 Hybrid. Porsche already confirmed it will not be a plug-in hybrid version, but it will borrow technology from the motorsport division and cars like the 919 Hybrid.

Since with next 911 Hybrid Porsche will try to focus on performance rather than on fuel efficiency, the model will only be equipped with a tiny battery that will add as little weight as possible. Of course, we are sure that the company will, in fact, try to combine both performance and fuel efficiency, since one of the main goals right now is to meet emissions regulations.

In a previous interview with TopGear, Porsche’s CEO, Oliver Blume, said that the next 911 Hybrid will be "the highest-performance 911 of all times." Since right now the 911 GT2 RS delivers 690 horsepower, we should expect the 911 Hybrid to deliver at least 700 horsepower.

Expect the 911 Hybrid to be unveiled sometime in 2023 with sales set to begin in 2024.
