With the advent of EVs, we’ve seen loads of new companies come up with electric EVs. Companies like Hyperion and Estrema are some of them that come to mind. They’ve got pretty impressive products like the XP-1 and the Fulminea, which come with specs that will blow your mind. But, in this horde, fuel-powered supercars still stand apart and please the old-school folks who are yet to accept the EV-olution.

A decade-old Italian automaker called Mazzanti Automobili has come up with its third hypercar called the Evantra Pura. As clichéd as it sounds, the Italians sure know how to make pizzas, pasta, and supercars!

What’s Special About The Mazzanti Evantra Pura?

Power is routed to the wheels via a seven-speed automatic gearbox. Mazzanti says that the hypercar can sprint to 62 mph from a standstill in 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of over 224 mph (360 kph).

The Evantra Pura looks handsome overall. The front end has slight resonance with the Pagani Huayra. It has the typical chiseled body of a hypercar with loads of sharp cuts and creases all around. There are huge air vents on the derriere along with a spoiler, a diffuser, and dual-trapezoidal exhaust tips mounted in the center below the number plate.

It rides on OZ Racing wheels, measuring 19 inches in the front and 20 inches at the back. They are wrapped in 255/35 section Michelin rubber in the front, and 315/30 section tires at the back, which are also Michelin. The carbon-ceramic brake setup features 15-inch, six-piston Brembo discs at the front and 14.2-inch, four-piston rotors at the rear. The car is 170.3 inches long, 77 inches wide, and 48.2 inches tall. It has a 100.4-inch long wheelbase and weighs 2,844 pounds (1,290 kilos).

The cabin, as is with most vehicles in this genre, is left to the preference and needs of the customer. It looks very plush at the onset and everything from the dash, to the door pads, to the foot well seems to be wrapped well. The design is sweet and the cockpit looks performance-oriented. The company offers the finest materials like natural leather for the upholstery. In the images, you can even see quilted suede, fabric, etc. There’s a touchscreen system also on the center console.

The automaker hasn’t revealed the price of the Evantra Pura, but it is surely not going to be cheap. The fact that it will be a limited-production model further solidifies our speculation.
