Nissan still has to make a decision about offering a successor for the 370Z Roadster, but this doesn't mean we can not dream about one. And when we see renderings like the ones coming from sugardesign_1, we really hope the new Nissan Z will also be offered as a roadster.

Of course this is not the first time we've seen renderings for a possible Nissan Z Roadster. In fact X-Tomi Design, for example, came with one right after the Nissan Z Proto concept was launched.

But, what we like about the new renderings, other than being based on the actual production version 2023 Nissan Z of course, is the exterior colors the designer opted for. White, blue, red, and yellow are just the perfect colors for a sports car like the Z.

Just imagine driving into the sunset, top-down, 400 horsepower, and that cool-looking red paint!

However, until a Z Roadster will actually happen, let's sum up what the coupe has to offer. It comes with a 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged, V-6 engine that delivers a total of 400 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque - or about 68 horses and 80 pound-feet more than the previous 370Z.

It will be offered in three trim levels at launch: Sport, Performance, and a limited edition Proto Spec and prices will start from under $40k.
