We are still waiting for the 991.2 GT3 RS to arrive, and judging by how improved the standard 2022 GT3 is, we can only imagine the updates the RS version is going to offer. Instead of waiting around for it to arrive, a better option would be to improve the look of your 991 GT3 RS with this cool GW9 Aero Package from Gunther Werks. For those of you who do not know, Gunther Werks is an American Porsche tuning specialist that in the past has come up with some amazing works like this Porsche 993 Speedster Remastered that was unveiled during the 2021 Monterey Car Week.

The GW9 Aero Package is made from pre-preg autoclave carbon fiber and its main purpose is to improve downforce on the front and rear end. Up front, the package includes new aero front canards and an aero front spoiler - both of them designed to offer increased stability and handling at high speeds. An extra sporty look is given by a pair of front fender ventilation covers designed to be directly attached over factory vents via self-adhesive double-sided tape. Changes continue on the sides with new aero side skirts, while in the back, the package adds an aero diffuser and a decklid spoiler. Just like the front parts, the rear parts will also create increased stability and handling.

If you want to save some money, instead of ordering part by part, you can also go for the Evo Aerodynamics package. Made from the same carbon fiber as the rest of the parts, it includes a new front spoiler, side skirts, a rear diffuser, and a decklid spoiler. Of course, this means you will have to pay over $30,000 at once. All the elements made from carbon fiber also feature a high-gloss finish.

No changes were made under the hood, but that's really not a problem as the GT3 RS is already a very powerful machine. It is powered by a 4.0-liter, naturally aspirated flat-six that delivers 520 horses and 347 pound-feet of torque. With a total weight of 3,153 pounds, the GT3 RS goes from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.0 seconds and up to a top speed of 193 mph.

In the States, the GT2 RS is priced from $187,500, and if you add the prices to all the parts of the Gunther Werks GW9 Aero Package you will end up with a very expensive but aggressive Porsche.
