It looks like Lamborghini is preparing to launch two different Huracan models in 2022. Next to the Huracan Sterrato caught testing back in January 2022, the Italian company will also launch a second Huracan model, rumored to be called the JV Stradale.

Our spy photographers caught this interesting prototype out for a testing session during cold winter conditions.

Before you say that this prototype looks similar to the Huracan Sterrato prototype, look closer and you will notice this one actually sits closer to the ground. And yes, it does look very similar to the Huracan STO, but there are some differences.

The front fascia is different and it is missing the extreme aero of the STO model. At the rear, it carries the same huge diffusor as the STO. The rear wing is smaller on the hardcore Huracan, but still big enough to catch our attention.

As for the engine, we still have no idea what will power the future JV Stradale, but our spy photographers said it has the same exhaust note as the STO. As a reminder, the latter is powered by a 5.2-liter V-10 engine that delivers a total of 631 horsepower and 417 pound-feet of torque.

These spy shots come to confirm a previous statement made by Stephan Winkelmann, the CEO of Lamborghini. He said that in the next 12 months Lamborghini will launch a total of four new products: these two Huracan models, one that we presume to be the final pure gasoline supercar and the facelift Urus.
