There are certain places in the world where seeing supercars roaming around the streets is nothing out of the ordinary. The city of London is certainly one of those places. “TheTFJJ” is an enthusiast YouTube channel and a self-proclaimed stalker of exotic cars. The channel has some amazing footage and, occasionally, we get some inboard shots as well. This time, we have the pleasure of watching a silver Ferrari F-50 in action. That said, this Ferrari has an interesting modification, which may or may not enhance its presence, depending on different opinions.

Straight-piping an exotic car is one of the simplest, yet most distinctive upgrades you can do. It immediately changes the soundtrack of an engine, sometimes to the point where it’s hard to recognize a car until you actually see it. Actually, straight pipe exhaust brings the true sound of the car and improves performance, among other things.

After a 12-second video summary, we come to a rather unassuming garage, which looks like it houses some sort of project car. As you know, looks can be deceiving. Upon opening, the garage door reveals the exquisite contents on the inside – a one of only four Ferrari F-50, finished in “Argento Nurburgring” (silver).

After some static shots, we get the obligatory cold start and slow driving, until the engine goes up to working temperature – you can’t rush an Italian exotic. Not right from the start. After a couple of more engine starts and low-speed driving across busy London, the owner of the Italian stallion finally decides to give it the full beans. What follows is some onboard footage and some “pulls”, some of which in a tunnel (turn the volume up for epic sounds).

Some more static shots are in order, one of which reveals the F-50 fully opened up, revealing beautiful underpinnings and F1-derived V-12 (at least the block is). In case you have forgotten, the 4.7-liter screamer produces 512 horsepower at 8,000 RPM, which helps propel the 2,800-pound (1,270 kg) Ferrari, to speeds of over 200 mph (322 km/h).

Although we prefer our F-50 in red, the “Argento Nurburgring” works too, especially in London. Straight pipes can either enhance or ruin a car’s sound, but here it most certainly enhances it. Ferraris are flamboyant and have a unique presence, which is only amplified by the sharper, more aggressive exhaust note. Moreover, it gives some extra ponies, so in our minds, it’s a win-win.
